【About Dr. Baoyan Liu】
Dr. Baoyan Liu is the doctoral supervisor and academician of the Eurasian Academy of Sciences. He is concurrently the chief researcher and executive vice president of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, the President of the World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Societies, the President of the Chinese Acupuncture Society, the director of the National Acupuncture Standardization Technical Committee, Traditional Chinese Medicine consultant of the World Health Organization, and the director of the Key Research Office of Clinical Evaluation Methods of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He participated in researching clinical evaluation methods of acupuncture and moxibustion in Traditional Chinese Medicine. He led and organized the TCM clinical evaluation research team, developed the central randomization system and clinical trial data management system, established more than 100 operational standards in practice, and provided technical support for more than 90 TCM clinical research.

About Dr. Jinsheng Yang:
Dr. Jinsheng Yang, Postdoctoral of Medicine from the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Chief Physician.
One of the academic successors of Academician Xinnong Cheng. He is currently the director of the Institute of Basic Theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, concurrently the vice president of the Chinese Acupuncture Association, and the secretary-general of the World Federation of Acupuncture. He participated in more than 20 scientific research projects, edited more than 60 books, published more than 120 academic papers, won 19 scientific and technological achievement awards, and formulated 9 various standards. He was rated as an advanced individual in the construction of national traditional Chinese medicine culture, a national outstanding scientific and technological worker, a national excellent management talent in traditional Chinese medicine, a special award of the international standard ISO/TC249, an award for inheritors of Qihuang traditional Chinese medicine.

About Dr.Yingying Wang

Dr. Yingying Wang, works at the Acupuncture Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, the academic successor of Academician Xinnong Cheng (a master of traditional Chinese medicine), was selected as a young Qihuang scholar by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a national talent for innovation in traditional Chinese medicine. Dr. Wang participated in more than 10 national-level projects, won 12 scientific and technological progress awards, and published more than 100 papers. Academician Xinnong Cheng’s treatment for encephalopathy using principles such as “one orifice opens up a hundred orifices” and “regulation of four gates,” combined with the theories from <<Huangdi Neijing>>such as “for any needling method, first regulate the Shen/spirit”, propelled an expansion of the treatment using “Brain-Tuning-Shen Acupuncture Method,” which has achieved positive therapeutic effects, especially in insomnia, depression, anxiety, withdrawal syndrome, and other neurological and psychiatric diseases.

About Dr. Kai Cheng:
 Dr. Kai Cheng is a Professor at Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chief Physician, Grandson of Academician Xinnong Cheng (Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine), Fourth Generation Inheritor of “Cheng’s Acupuncture,” executive director of Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion Association, Chairman of the Special Committee of Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion Association for Auricular Point Diagnosis and Treatment. Dr. Cheng participated in 5 national-level projects and 10 department-level projects. He has published dozens of papers, edited 30 books, and won 18 various awards. Dr. Cheng is recognized as a leader in the Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine “acupuncture and moxibustion” department, named an outstanding member of the China Acupuncture Association (2012), an outstanding professor of the Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2019), respected Professor of Beijing (2021), special guest speaker on <<The Road to Health>> and <<Yangsheng Health>>.
